Where Your Brand Begins

Every decision made here should make sense to you. The work is collaborative by design. You know your business better than anyone, and that knowledge is part of what makes the brand yours.

Chapter 01 - Enquiry

You reach out and we take it from there. I review your enquiry and, if it feels like a good fit, I will invite you to a discovery call so we can talk through your business, your ambitions, and what the project might look like.

Chapter 02 - Discovery Call

This is where I get to know you properly. We talk about where your business is now, where you want it to go, who you are trying to reach, and what has and hasn't been working. I am listening for things you might not have put into words before.

Chapter 03 - Proposal & Booking

I send over a proposal tailored to your project, confirming the scope, timeline, and investment. Once you are ready to proceed, a deposit secures your start date and I send over your onboarding materials.

Chapter 04 - Onboarding

Once booked you'll be invited the Studio Aretta private client portal. This is where we’ll work on everything I need to bring your brand to life.

Chapter 05 - Design Period

Your dedicated project window. With everything in place, I build your brand with complete focus and attention, bringing together story, strategy and style into something you'll be proud to share.

Chapter 06 - Handover

Your brand is ready. We'll walk through everything together so you feel confident using your new brand. If you’re booked in for a website design, this will begin next.

The Clarity Intensive

Not every project starts with a clear brief. It’s sometimes worth knowing what you actually need before you commit to a full project.

The Clarity Intensive is a focused strategy session where we look at your business, your goals, and what your brand and/or website need to do for you. You leave with a clear picture of the right scope and direction - before any work begins.

If you go on to book a project with me, the investment is credited in full.

  • 01 ~ The Questionnaire
    Sent in advance so your Strategy Call is focused from the start.

    02 ~ The Discovery Call
    A 40-minute conversation to explore your business, goals, and what your brand and website need to achieve.

    03 ~ The Industry Review
    An analysis of where your peers are positioned and where you have the opportunity to stand out.

    04 ~ The Scope + Strategy
    A written overview of the recommended direction and scope of work, delivered within two weeks of your Discovery Call.

    05 ~ The Scope Presentation
    A final call to walk through your Scope + Strategy document together and explore the best path forward for your project.

  • Investment: £500

    The Clarity Intensive runs over two weeks from your Discovery Call to your Scope Presentation.

    If you go on to book a project with me within three months, the £500 is credited in full against your package investment.

  • Bookings through word of mouth are a sign your work is strong. A brand investment is not about fixing something that is broken. It is about building an online presence that does the pre-selling for you, so that every potential client arrives already understanding your value, your process, and your pricing. That changes the quality of the enquiries, not just the quantity.

  • The Signature Brand project runs over four weeks.

  • If you have a sense that your brand or website needs work but aren't yet clear on the scope, the Clarity Intensive is a good place to begin. It's a focused strategy session where we work through your business, your goals, and what your brand and website actually need to do for you. You'll leave with a clear picture of the right direction, and if you go on to book a project with me, the investment is credited in full against your package.


  • Most of the work is mine to carry. What I need from you is thoughtful input at key moments: your questionnaire responses, a strategy call, feedback on the design direction, and a final review session. The process is structured so your input is meaningful without being burdensome.

  • Yes. The Aretta Effect combines brand and web design into a single project and is where the most cohesive results come from. If you are considering both, it is worth starting with that conversation rather than adding the website on afterwards.

  • A maximum of two projects run at any one time. This is a deliberate choice. Every client receives the full weight of the studio, not a fraction of it. It also means availability is limited and start dates book out in advance.
